Instagram booking — common questions
How do I connect my Instagram?+
You sign up, then connect from Settings in your dashboard: you approve mindyOne on Instagram's own consent screen, and that is it. You never give us your Instagram password, and you can disconnect at any time from the same place.
Do I need a Facebook Page?+
Yes, for now. Instagram's messaging platform requires your Instagram account to be linked to a Facebook Page — a setting inside Instagram itself: Settings, then Account, then Linked accounts. It takes a minute and costs nothing. If yours is not linked yet, mindyOne tells you exactly what to do rather than failing silently.
Does it answer with my real prices and free times?+
Yes. It answers from your own service list and price list, and availability comes from the same calendar your team works from — so it can only offer a slot you are genuinely free for. If it does not know something it says so and points the customer to you, rather than inventing an answer.
Can it book with a specific member of my team?+
Yes. If a customer asks for a particular person it checks that person's calendar; if they do not mind, mindyOne picks whoever is free and tells them who they will be seeing. Team calendars, roles and per-employee hours are all part of the same system.
What if I want to reply myself?+
Just reply. mindyOne notices you have stepped in and pauses the AI on that conversation for a few hours so you are not talking over each other, then picks it back up. You can also resume it immediately from the dashboard.
